Alin Masrelian
Aline Masrlian is an award-winning entrepreneur and strategic leader with over two decades of experience driving brand development, SME growth, and cultural integration in Armenia. Following her repatriation from Syria in 1998, Aline leveraged her extensive background in engineering and education to found Haleb Store. She successfully introduced innovative Eastern market concepts to Armenia, scaling her enterprise from a local shop into a premier brand renowned for its authentic, natural products and robust supply network across major supermarket chains.
A champion of organizational agility and sustainable growth, Aline brings a powerful portfolio of governance and advisory expertise to the Armenian Institute of Directors. Her high-level leadership roles include serving as an Executive Board Member for the International Chamber of Commerce National Committee Armenia (ICC NCA), alongside board positions at the SME Association of Armenia, the Armenian Young Women’s Association (AYWA), and the EU-funded IRIS Business Incubator.
Recognized as the "Best Female Entrepreneur" by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia and awarded the "Medal of Gratitude" by the President, Aline is also a dedicated mentor and coach. She actively collaborates with organizations like Impact Hub and AGBU to empower startups and women-led micro-enterprises, making her an exceptional asset to Armenia's evolving corporate landscape.
