Anahit Adamyan, CFA, is a senior strategy, finance, and governance professional with around 20 years of experience in management consulting, banking, corporate finance, and business transformation.

She has held senior roles in both consulting and financial institutions, including Expert Partner at CIVITTA Armenia, where she has advised financial institutions, agriculture sector, real estate and other private-sector companies on strategy development, corporate finance, business valuation, operational efficiency, organizational transformation, customer experience, and digital client journeys. Her earlier professional experience includes strategy and finance-related roles at leading organizations such as Alfa-Bank, Home Credit Bank, Monitor Group, and Ernst & Young.

Anahit has extensive experience supporting executive teams and business owners in strategic decision-making, performance improvement, market assessment, investment analysis, feasibility studies, and transformation initiatives. She has worked across financial services, education, agriculture, tourism, technology, and other private-sector industries, combining strong analytical expertise with a practical understanding of organizational change and business growth.

In addition to her executive and consulting work, Anahit is actively involved in governance and public-benefit initiatives. Since 2021 she serves as a Trustee of Zinapah, the National Insurance Foundation for Servicemen. Anahit is also active in development of mass sport in Armenia, she has been the cofounder of the Yerevan Marathon and other running events across Armenia since 2015.

Anahit has completed the Women on Board Corporate Governance Program, further strengthening her expertise in board effectiveness, fiduciary responsibilities, risk oversight, and corporate governance practices.

Anahit holds an MBA from Brandeis University in the United States and a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics from Yerevan State University. She is a CFA charterholder.
