Mr Voskanyan has been the Chief Executive Officer of Inecobank CJSC since March 2023. Member of the Bank’s Management Board.

Before joining Inecobank CJSC, Hayk Voskanyan worked in the Central Bank of RA holding various positions. In 2009, within the scope of pension reform program he worked in the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs as an advisor to the minister. Further developing his career, through 2009 to 2012 he held the position of the head of the Pension System Service Department in the Central Depository of Armenia. After that, in 2012, Hayk Voskanyan was appointed to the position of chief executive officer at “Capital Asset Management” CJSC, and in 2014-2017 he worked at the National Mortgage Company, holding the position of the chief executive officer.

He has been the Chief Financial Officer of Inecobank CJSC since 2017.

Hayk Voskanyan graduated from the Yerevan State University of Economics in 2003, and in 2006 he graduated from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, Boston. In the same period, he completed his post-graduate studies at the Yerevan Institute of Economic Research (Ph. D in Economics). Then, in 2015, he received CFA certificate (Chartered Financial Analyst).
