Katerina Danekina is the CEO of Green Rock, where she shapes the company’s strategic vision and leads large-scale projects that drive Armenia’s development at both regional and urban levels.

Under her leadership, Green Rock is developing infrastructure that integrates the local context with international standards. One of the company’s flagship projects is a multifunctional complex in Dilijan, which includes a hotel, a music hall, an art park, co-working spaces, a campus, cafés and new cultural venues.

Katerina has over 15 years of experience in real estate and territorial development, holds an MBA degree, and teaches at the Russian-Armenian University. She has previously served as an expert for the Ministry of Economy of Armenia and has overseen major international initiatives, including STARMUS VI Armenia and WCIT 2019 Yerevan.
