Mr. K. Tsokolakyan is a Chairman of Board at Hayas community development NGO.

He is a Finance graduate from the Yerevan State University of Economics and holds an MBA from the Old Dominion University, Norfolk, VA.

Earlier in his career, he held different positions at the Central bank of Armenia, commercial banks and a credit organization in Armenia. Mr. Tsokolakyan also headed Financial Banking College and consulted for Armenian Credit Reporting Agency (ACRA) and Belgium ADE consulting company. During more than a decade, he consulted the US-based Cafesjian Family Foundation, managing and providing financial advice on several entities in Armenia.

Throughout his career, Mr. K. Tsokolakyan actively pursued teaching opportunities and accumulated instructing experience of over 15 years, including Financial Banking College, French University of Armenia, International Accounting Training Center, Business Support Center and American University of Armenia.

Mr. K. Tsokolakyan also gained broad knowledge and experience in the field of corporate governance, where he accumulated more than 10 years of experience in serving as a Board member of various financial institutions in Armenia.  In 2015 he was among the founders of the Armenian Institute of Directors Non-Governmental Organization.

Khachatur Tsokolakyan is a CFA charter holder and a member of the CFA Institute.
