Kristina Karamyan is a senior finance executive with over 20 years of experience in Armenia’s financial sector, specializing in investment, mortgage refinancing, and financial governance. She currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at the wealth management company WILCO LLC where she oversees financial strategy and reporting. Notably, she has played a key role in strengthening the company’s financial management framework․

Kristina’s career is defined by extensive expertise in financial management, regulatory compliance and risk-aware decision-making, particularly through her work with institutions affiliated with the Central Bank of Armenia. Since 2010, she has also held the position of Head of Finance at “Home for Youth” UCO JSC and National Mortgage Company UCO JSC, a mortgage refinancing company established by the Central Bank of Armenia.

A member of the Chamber of Auditors and Expert Accountants of Armenia (CAEAA), Kristina holds an MSc in Economics from the Armenian State University of Economics (ASUE). She is currently further expanding her strategic leadership capabilities by pursuing an Executive MBA at Matena International School of Leadership.
