Mr. Marat Matevosyan is the Founder and CEO of R-Fab LLC – an engineering company specializing in the design, optimization, and automation of industrial three-phase electric grids to make power consumption more sustainable and reliable. R-Fab operates in Armenia, Georgia, and the UAE, focusing on power-quality audits, ETAP digital twin modeling, and IoT-based energy monitoring systems for industrial clients.

Mr. Matevosyan has over 20 years of leadership experience in transformation and crisis management across industrial and engineering companies. His expertise covers turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions (including international transactions), financial restructurings, post-acquisition integration, process streamlining, and digitalization. He has also managed fundraising initiatives, including bank loans, bond emissions, and private placements, and led new product launches and international expansions.
