Sevada is a Partner at Boyden, a global executive search and leadership consulting firm, where he is responsible for Armenia and Georgia. He advises local and international clients on senior leadership appointments, succession mandates, and board-level assignments, combining strong regional market insight with Boyden’s international standards and processes.

 Alongside executive recruitment, Sevada works with founders, family-owned businesses, and institutional stakeholders on board and governance topics, including board composition, independent director profiles, and overall governance maturity. His focus is on aligning leadership and governance structures with business strategy and the company’s stage of growth.

Before joining Boyden, Sevada co-founded Menu Group UK, a market-leading restaurant delivery business operating across four countries. Beyond his co-founder role, he also served as Country Director for the Armenia operation until 2019.
