Shushanik Vardanyan
Shushanik is a corporate lawyer with extensive experience advising financial institutions, businesses and investment projects on corporate governance, business, finance and strategic legal matters. She currently serves as Chief Corporate Lawyer at Acba Bank, where she provides legal support to the Board of Directors and its committees on corporate governance, compliance and major strategic transactions.
Prior to joining Acba Bank, Shushanik was a member of the Andersen Legal in Armenia team, where she gained extensive experience across a broad range of legal areas, including corporate law, M&A, finance, energy, investment funds, insolvency, procurement, intellectual property and regulatory matters.
She also lectures in Business Law, is pursuing an MBA at the University of York, is a member of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia, a licensed Bankruptcy Administrator, and has completed a number of professional certification programs, including those offered by the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, the University of San Francisco School of Law and the University of Pennsylvania.
