Srbuhi Melkonyan is a Board and C-suite executive with more than 20 years of professional experience in financial services, corporate governance, strategy, and business transformation.

As CFO of an international financial institution, she partners with executive management and shareholders to support strategic decision-making, sustainable growth, and organizational performance.

She believes that effective leadership starts with understanding how people think, decide, and perform. She applies neuro-leadership principles to strengthen decision-making, lead change, build resilient teams, and develop high-performing organizations. Her Executive MBA research explored neuro-leadership as a key driver of organizational success.

An enthusiastic adopter of artificial intelligence, Srbuhi integrates AI into her daily executive work and encourages its practical application across finance and business operations. She sees AI as a tool that empowers leaders to make better decisions, improve productivity, and create greater value.

She serves as a Member of the Quality Assessment Commission of the Chamber of Auditors and Expert Accountants of Armenia. She also mentors ACCA students in UK Taxation, supporting the next generation of finance professionals.

Srbuhi is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and an Executive MBA graduate of the University of York. She is passionate about board effectiveness, ethical corporate governance, lifelong learning, and building future-ready organizations through strategic leadership, innovation, and people development.
