Syuzanna Grigoryan is the Head of Risk Management and Quality Control Department and a Member of the Executive Board at CARD AgroCredit UCO CJSC.

She has more than 18 years of professional experience in banking, finance, risk management, and corporate governance. Syuzanna began her career at Converse Bank in 2008, holding various analytical and managerial positions and eventually serving as Chief Analyst. During her tenure, she was responsible for financial and management reporting, business analysis, branch network profitability assessment, and the development of analytical tools supporting management decision-making.

In 2020, she became involved in internal audit activities at CARD AgroCredit and later assumed the position of Head of Risk Management and Quality Control. Since 2024, she has served as a Member of the Executive Board.

In her current role, Syuzanna actively contributes to the company’s strategic and managerial processes. She is involved in the development and enhancement of risk management frameworks, corporate governance practices, internal control systems, ICAAP implementation, ESG initiatives, and a wide range of organizational improvement projects aimed at strengthening sustainable growth and operational effectiveness.

Syuzanna graduated with honors from the Armenian State University of Economics in 2008. In 2024, she completed the “Leading Teams and People” executive education program at Matena Business School. In 2026, she earned a BSc in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University. She has successfully completed the ACCA Fundamental Level examinations and has been awarded the ACCA Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business, demonstrating strong expertise in accounting, finance, governance, and business management.
