Tatevik Igityan is an experienced lawyer specialized in banking law and corporate governance, with over a decade of professional practice. She serves as Corporate Secretary and Head of the Corporate Secretariat and Governance Assistance Division at Acba bank.

Her responsibilities include facilitating effective communication between the Board and executive management, overseeing the organization of Board meetings and General Meetings of Shareholders, and advising on corporate governance matters and best practices.

She graduated from the French University in Armenia and is a member of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia.
